Stacy Soberalski, CEO and Principal 

Stacy is an internationally experienced Human Resources Executive and Entrepreneur who utilizes significant real life experiences and data to move organizations to the next level. Described as a true business & thought partner that is trusted, authentic, and resilient.

Spending her career within high profile, global organizations such as Google (US and EMEA based), MTV Networks, Tribune Company and Omnicom Media Group, Stacy has experience in all facets of HR. Her background consists of proven experience in the areas of: Change and organizational management, human capital strategy and implementation, employee development, talent acquisition, outsourcing, immigration and employment law, ED&I, coaching, training, and mergers and acquisitions.

Since starting her HR consultancy, some of Stacy’s notable or ongoing clients include: Takeout, Smart Sparrow, Swarm64, AmpersandPeople, Inspire Human Resources, Zunum Aero, Room 77/CheckMate, Constellation Brands, Fetzer Vineyards/Concha y Toro, ChemoCentryx, Oncopeptides, Scalyr, Grosvenor Americas, Woven Planet (Toyota), Ubiquitous Energy, and more.

As a part of her educational foundation, Stacy holds a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and a Masters in Occupational Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago Jane Addams College of Social Work.

The entrepreneurial spirit has always been a part of Stacy’s life and career. Along with her Human Resources consultancy, Stacy is also the co-founder/owner and general manager of Hersly Wines, a boutique winery in Napa, CA.

Philanthropy is also a key element to what drives Stacy. An avid volunteer and advisory council member with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Stacy has been a part of raising over $20 million for the hospital via events in NYC and Napa. She serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Napa. Beginning in 2014, Stacy joined the Development/Advisory Committee for Aldea Children and Family Services. She served as a Board Member for the Teacher Resource Center of Napa County for 7 years. She is also a professional advisor though DePaul University, and a foster parent.
